The Prague Guardians are proud to announce the signing of @memfisburgeson from Saginaw Valley State University (ACHA D1).🛡🎓🏒🛡🎓🏒

A Solid defenseman from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Burgeson brings a strong junior background, including multiple seasons in the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League with teams like the Nelson Leafs. 

I am extremely excited for the opportunity to play overseas. it has been a goal of mine since u14. It is going to be an amazing opportunity, living the European lifestyle/culture. The hockey is going to be a different style of play and bigger ice which I am looking forward too. Excited for what the future holds! -Memfis Burgeson

He now joins the Guardians after competing at the ACHA Division 1 level with SVSU, continuing his development at a high level of college hockey.
