Prague Guardians Attend USPHL Tampa Bay Showcase in Search of Top Talent for Program

Prague, Czech Republic — January 2026 — The Prague Guardians made the trip to the USPHL Tampa Bay Showcase with a clear mission: identify motivated, skilled players ready to take the next step in their hockey careers and join one of Europe’s fastest-growing development programs.

Throughout the event, the Guardians’ staff evaluated top performers, held productive conversations with prospects, and continued to build relationships with players and families interested in the unique opportunity of playing high-level hockey in Prague. The organization’s presence at the showcase demonstrated its commitment to providing athletes with a competitive environment, academic opportunities, and an international experience unlike any other.

“It was important for us to be in Tampa and see the depth of talent the USPHL brings together,” said team leadership. “We’re looking for players who compete hard, want to grow, and are excited about a future in Prague. The showcase was a great step forward for our upcoming recruiting class.”
